As the Founder and Managing Trustee of Sanskriti Foundation, Dr. Amin has translated his humanitarian vision into action. Built upon the philosophy of 'The Joy of Giving,' the Foundation serves as a platform for empowering communities, supporting social causes, and fostering sustainable development.

His contributions have also been recognized at policy and advisory levels. Dr. Amin serves as a Member of the Fertilizer Forum under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, actively participating in key discussions influencing agriculture, food security, and public welfare.

Beyond his social commitments, Dr. Amin is an accomplished international business leader associated with Farohar Enterprises (India and Singapore), a global Specialist Outsourced Services (SOS) organization delivering marine data management, vessel performance optimization, digital transformation, ERP systems, planned maintenance solutions, decarbonization support, custom shipbuilding software, and outsourced business services.

Further strengthening his global leadership portfolio, Dr. Amin serves as the Managing Director of Vivanta Industries (U) Ltd., Kampala, Uganda, driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and regional economic development.

KantiSuresh Shetty is a globally recognized business leader with a career spanning over 30 years across the UAE, Qatar, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, India, and the United States. At the helm of IndUS Synergy Partners, she leads a visionary firm that simplifies cross-border business, legal, and investment ventures, helping global entrepreneurs and enterprises navigate the complexities of expanding between the U.S. and India.

KantiSuresh's journey began in the vibrant economic corridors of Dubai, where she quickly ascended the ranks in the retail and corporate sectors. Her ability to translate vision into action earned her leadership roles in Global Business Development, launching international brands and driving multimillion-dollar expansion strategies.

Pioneering her company's Quality and Excellence Department, KantiSuresh caught the attention of the Dubai government and was appointed Senior Assessor for the Dubai Economic Development Authority, evaluating businesses under the prestigious Dubai Quality Awards program (championed by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum). She also served as a Board Member for the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.

Relocating to the United States in 2017, she served as CEO of Sai Thaniya Krupa LLC and COO of Sai Business Investments LLC, leading growth strategies that won the MAVS 100 Business Award for three consecutive years. Today she is a Corporate Plus member of the US India Chamber of Commerce Dallas.

Beyond corporate leadership, KantiSuresh serves on the board of JB Dondolo Inc. as Community and Partnership Director, spearheading initiatives providing clean drinking water, education, and economic empowerment for underserved communities.
